Is Hiazurm a factory-direct brand? How capable is your factory?
Hiazurm is a brand with its own factory – eliminating all intermediary markups. From steel procurement to spring coiling, fabric cutting, and compression packaging – the entire value chain is in our hands. Every mattress you buy goes directly from the assembly line to your home.
Why is Hiazurm cheaper than other brands for the same quality?
The key is factory direct sales. The traditional route: Factory → Brand Manufacturer → Distributor → Retailer – each step marks up 50–100%. Hiazurm eliminates all intermediaries. You only pay: material costs + production costs + shipping.
Does your factory have international quality certificates?
Our production lines and finished products are certified according to:
1. OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 – Upholstery fabrics free from harmful substances, suitable for babies and children
2. EU REACH Regulation – Chemical conformity of all materials

What is the Deep Sleep Premium Max series? What is its advantage over conventional innerspring mattresses?
Our Max Deep Sleep Premium series uses pocket springs. Each spring is individually encased in a non-woven fabric pouch and not connected to each other. Advantages:
1.Targeted Support: Each spring reacts only to the pressure directly applied to it – adjacent areas remain undisturbed. Vibration transfer when turning over is extremely low; even getting up at night won't wake your partner.
2.Adaptation to Body Contour: Different body areas require different pressure – individual springs yield precisely without "one movement shaking the entire bed."
3.Long-lasting Shape Retention: The individual encasing prevents metal abrasion between the springs. In combination with 2.1 mm reinforced spring wire, the mattress remains dimensionally stable even with long-term use.
What is special about Hiazurm's Deep Sleep Premium Ultra series?
Our Ultra deep sleep premium series uses so-called "black springs" – these are made of high-manganese carbon steel, which receives a black oxide layer through a special tempering process. Key advantages:
1.Longer fatigue life: The tensile strength of manganese steel significantly exceeds that of ordinary carbon steel. After 30,000 rolling load tests, the height loss is < 3%.
2.High toughness without brittle fracture: Even with repeated compressive deformation, the risk of fatigue fractures is low.
3.Corrosion resistance: The black oxide layer provides natural rust protection – even in humid environments.
What is the difference between the Deep Sleep Premium Series Max and Ultra Series? How do I choose correctly?
The **Max Series** focuses on zero dynamic interference, absolute quietness, and a fine body-hugging feel.
The **Ultra Series** offers superior support, high toughness, and lasting shape retention – a powerful, all-around supportive lying experience.
What is the difference between Hiazurm's 7-zone design and the "segmentation" of other mattresses?
Many brands already refer to different foam firmness levels in various areas as "zoning." With Hiazurm, however, the division takes place at the spring level: In the 7 zones, pocket springs with different wire gauges and coil counts are used:

3. Shoulder Zone: Elastic yielding – no pressure on the shoulder when sleeping on your side

What are the practical benefits of the Hiazurm mattress's 7-zone design (7 zones)?
Our mattress divides the sleeping surface into seven zones: head, shoulders, lumbar, buttocks, thighs, lower legs, and feet. Each zone has a different spring tension (e.g., stronger support in the lumbar area, softer in the shoulder zone). This ensures that your spine remains in a healthy, straight line regardless of your sleeping position – effectively reducing morning back pain.
What layers does your mattress consist of? What are the 9 layers?
Hiazurm mattresses use a multi-layer construction (based on the 25 cm variant):
1. Removable knitted cover – 100% polyester, breathable, washable with zipper
2. Antibacterial and dust mite proof layer – inhibits mold, bacteria, and dust mites
3. Highly elastic comfort foam layer – soft transition, first enveloping layer
4. Viscoelastic memory foam layer – distributes pressure points, conforms to body contours
5. High-density support foam layer – prevents direct contact of the body with the pocket spring layer
6. Pocket spring layer – 7 zones, core-supported storage
7. High-density support foam layer – bottom protective layer
8. Non-slip bottom fabric – ensures stable positioning of the mattress on the slatted frame
9. 3D ventilation border – reinforces the edge area, comfortable sitting and leaning
What exactly does hardness H3 mean? Is it suitable for me?
H3 is a medium-firm hardness level. When you press on it, you feel a clear supportive force with appropriate elasticity. When lying on your back, the natural curvature of the spine is maintained; when lying on your side, the mattress conforms to the body's contours. Ideal for most adults – especially recommended for individuals who need back support (e.g., office workers), users weighing 60–100 kg, and back and stomach sleepers.
Do the product sizes conform to European standards? What sizes are available?
All products are manufactured in European standard sizes – compatibility issues are excluded. The specific dimensions:
-Mattresses / bed frames: Single bed approx. 90×200 cm, double bed approx. 140×200 cm / 160×200 cm, king size approx. 180×200 cm
-Panel furniture: Depending on the product, dimensions vary between 40–180 cm width. Detailed dimensions can be found on the respective product page.
Are the materials used safe? Are there any environmental certifications?
All products meet EU environmental standards. The mattress covers are certified according to OEKO-TEX® 100 (free of harmful substances). The panels comply with E1 class (formaldehyde emission ≤ 0.124 mg/m³). There are no irritating odours – after 1-2 days of ventilation, the mattress is ready for immediate use. Also ideally suited for pregnant women and households with children.
Can your mattress be used with bed frames from other brands?
As long as the bed frame dimensions match the mattress size (e.g., 140x200 cm mattress on a 140x200 cm frame) and the frame construction is suitable (slat spacing ≤ 8 cm, perforated plate with ventilation), a combination is possible. We recommend avoiding slatted frames that are too soft or too widely spaced, as they can negatively impact the mattress's lifespan and sleeping comfort.
How long will my mattress last?
All our mattresses come with a 10-year warranty. With proper use, we expect a lifespan of 10 years or more.

How do I place an online order with Hiazurm?

Where does it ship from? Are there shipping costs?
Hiazurm has its own modern logistics center in Germany. For a first-class shopping experience, we offer **free shipping** for all orders within Germany and the main European countries. There are no hidden shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the "100-Night Trial" guarantee?
You can take your Hiazurm mattress home and test it in your familiar sleeping environment for up to 100 nights. Should it not meet your sleeping habits after this trial period, simply contact our customer service team. We will arrange a simple, free pickup on site and refund you the full purchase price. You bear no risk.
Could I receive a mattress that has already been returned or a used product?
To ensure absolute hygiene and quality, Hiazurm strictly refrains from reselling returned mattresses. All returned products are donated to local charities or professionally disposed of in certified recycling facilities.
When will I receive my money back after a return?
Upon receipt of the goods, our team will check their condition. The refund will generally be processed within a few business days (maximum 14 days).
What is the warranty period for Hiazurm products?
We are absolutely convinced of the outstanding quality of our products. That's why Hiazurm offers a 10-year warranty on all mattresses in its premium line. All other products, excluding mattresses, come with a 2-year warranty.
Daily Support
How long does it take to get used to my new mattress?
Adjusting to a new mattress takes time – give yourself plenty of it. We recommend at least 30 days, especially if you're switching from a different mattress type (e.g., memory foam or hybrid). With each night, your body will further adjust to the new mattress, and you'll notice improvements in comfort and support. However, the 30-day recommendation is not a rigid rule – some may need more time, others less. Listen to your body and give yourself the time you need.
How long does it take for a rolled mattress to fully expand?
After unpacking, the mattress will reach about 90% of its original height within 6 hours and can be used immediately.
Note: Due to the high-density foams and strong springs, it may take 24–72 hours for the mattress to reach its full nominal height (e.g., 25 cm) and optimal firmness. During this time, a slight odor may be noticeable – this is normal and will dissipate within a few hours to days.

Will my ordered bed frame / piece of furniture be delivered and assembled?
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, our bed frames / furniture must be assembled by you. Each product includes step-by-step assembly instructions.
